SECTION 2
Oil paintings

Symbols of the kibbutz experiences are almost always
present in the fantastic worlds series, paintings about
life windings, the parties compositions, the different
versions of Adam and Eve, and in representations of
paths and cities. The same happens when Gurvich paints
working scenes, deals with the couple as a pictorial
theme or represents cosmic, astral and universal men.
They also appear in relatively abstract compositions
of symbols and images, universes with signs or free
universes, representations of El Cerro and New York.
The kibbutz is present in Brueghel, Klee and El Bosco
quotations as well. Alicia
Haber.
